Greg Burnham is a comic book writer known for his work on the Tuskegee Heirs series and as a contributing writer to the Noir Is the New Black anthology series (FairSquare Graphics). He is a long-standing contributor to the Black indie comics community and has worked across multiple anthology and creator-owned projects.
Burnham's story "Little Rock Files" appears in Noir Is the New Black Season 2, co-written with Quinn McGowan and illustrated by Morby, set against the backdrop of the 1957 Little Rock Central High School desegregation crisis.
In 2026, the Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards celebrated its most diverse nominee class in the 38-year history of the awards, with a historic number of Black creators nominated across categories. Burnham received a 2026 Eisner nomination for Best Anthology for Noir Is the New Black Season 2 (FairSquare Graphics) as a contributing writer.
