Don Heck (January 2, 1929 – February 23, 1995) was an American comic book artist best known for co-creating Iron Man, the Wasp, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Wonder Man for Marvel Comics during the Silver Age. Born in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens, Heck had a long run penciling The Avengers and was a key contributor to the visual identity of Marvel's earliest superhero titles. His clean, character-focused linework helped establish the look of several Avengers members who became central to Marvel's mythology.
