Colleen Douglas is a comic book creator, writer, and editor originally from Guyana and based in West London. She is historically the first Black woman to be published by Caliber Comics in its 35-year history. She served as Editor-in-Chief at Amigo Comics and is the Curation Editor for SHOOK! Vol. 2: Songs of the Dark Sirens (Dark Horse Comics). She is a 2023 Ringo! Award nominee and 2025 Glyph Award winner. Her writing includes Silk Cotton (Rosarium Publishing), Shakespeare's Vampires (FairSquare Graphics), and the series Titan and Gargantuan (Amigo Comics). She holds a PhD in Ancient Monetary Systems.
