Chuck Rozanski (also known as Bettie Pages) is a transgender and genderfluid comic book retailer, publisher, and historian who founded Mile High Comics in Denver, Colorado in 1969. Mile High Comics is the largest comic book retailer in the United States. Rozanski came out publicly as transgender and genderfluid and has become one of the most prominent LGBTQ+ advocates in the comics industry, hosting monthly all-ages drag shows at the Mile High Comics flagship store and serving as Imperial Crown Princess of the Americas in the International Court System — the oldest continuously operating LGBTQ+ organization in America. He has raised significant funds for the Matthew Shepard Foundation and other LGBTQ+ causes, and wrote a graphic novel biography of Harvey Milk with proceeds donated to LGBTQ+ organizations.
